How you can you do such a thing without starving and also lose those extra kilos
I did it my self and i know you can can do it too
So lets get start :👇
First of all i was weighing 110 kg and I’ve tried so many diet plans to reducing my weight
But it was so boring and the results was not good enough for me
So i kept searching the internet for the best diet plans that approved by the doctors
And I’ve come out with this great 7 days diet :
Day 1#
Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs +1 medium size boiled potato or 2 tablespoons light corn flakes + one cup skimmed milk
Lunch:
half grilled chicken or 250 g red meat or grilled fish fillets + 5 tablespoons rice or macaroni without any fats+fresh salad + well cooked Mixed vegetables without potatoes
Dinner:
2 light yogurt + cucumber slices + 1 brown toast
2 boiled eggs + salad + 1 brown toast
Or tuna salad + 1 brown toast
Day 2#
Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs +1 slice whole grain bread + 1 green apple or 2 tablespoons light corn flakes + one cup skimmed milk + 1 green apple
Lunch: no carbs
half grilled chicken or 250 g red meat or grilled fish fillets +fresh salad + well cooked Mixed vegetables without potatoes
Dinner:
2 light yogurt + cucumber slices + 1 brown toast
2 boiled eggs + salad
Or tuna salad
Day 3####
Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs +1 medium size boiled potato or 2 tablespoons light corn flakes + one cup skimmed milk or open meal with low fats and medium carbs
Lunch:

Remember 🤚
* walking daily for 30 minutes at least for best results
* Drinking water at least 3 to 4 liters
* check your weight one time a week in the the same time
* Stop eating after the open meals for 5 hours
* You can use 1 spoon apple cider vinegar with half warm cup of water at morning on empty stomach or warm lemon drink with cumin seeds
Those drinks will help you to lose fats especially belly fats and will boost your metabolism .
* its very important to consult your doctor before starting any diet plans.
* you can eat fresh vegetables between meals if you still hungry or skimmed milk with cinnamon
* You can use multivitamins capsules after consulting your doctor
I am in my third week and
Lost already 16 kg
Now my weight is 94
And i will upload my before/after
pics when i reach my goal 85 kG
